What do the statuses mean?

When logged into the Biba admin portal,

Activated:  User has downloaded the app, registered, verified their email address and logged into the app.

Visibility:  Shows in the contacts of any other users from the same organization (with the same business email domain), any Biba users who sent them an invite, and any Biba users they've been in a Biba meeting with.

Registered:  User has downloaded the app, registered and verified their email address, but haven't yet logged into the app.

Visibility:  Shows in the contacts of any other users from the same organization (with the same business email domain), any Biba users who sent them an invite, and any Biba users they've been in a Biba meeting with. 

User can be messaged.  They will receive a message notification once they sign in.

Pending:  User has downloaded the app, registered, but hasn't yet verified their email address.

Visibility:  Shows in the contacts of any Biba users who sent them an invite, and any Biba users they've been in a Biba meeting with.

Prospective:  Person who hasn't registered or been invited to Biba, but has a company domain email address and has been in meetings with other registered users from the company.  Biba has identified them as someone you may want to invite.

Visibility:  Prospective users don't show anywhere in the app, they're only visible to the company Biba admins through the admin portal.

Suspended:  User's account has been suspended by company's Biba admin, or by Biba Customer Care.

Visibility: Message threads and chats with a suspended user can still be accessed (for e-discovery), but they will not show in the contacts of a person they've never messaged with.
