Providing Event Viewer Logs

The Customer Care team may request Windows Event Viewer Logs to help troubleshoot system issues. The instructions below show how to find these logs and get them to Biba.

  1. Open Event Viewer
    In all versions of Windows, use keyboard shortcut WINDOWS KEY+R to open Run dialog. Or open Start menu and click Run. Type eventvwr.msc and click OK.

  2. Event Viewer will open

  3. Expand Windows Logs and Click Applications

  4. Select Logs from a time period requested. You can use the Date and Time column header to sort events. Then click "Save All Events As..." on the right to save the selected events to a file.

  5. Attach the file to a Biba message thread or email.
