The Customer Care team may request Windows Event Viewer Logs to help troubleshoot system issues. The instructions below show how to find these logs and get them to Biba.
- Open Event Viewer
In all versions of Windows, use keyboard shortcut WINDOWS KEY+R to open Run dialog. Or open Start menu and click Run. Type eventvwr.msc and click OK.
- Event Viewer will open
- Expand Windows Logs and Click Applications
- Select Logs from a time period requested. You can use the Date and Time column header to sort events. Then click "Save All Events As..." on the right to save the selected events to a file.
- Attach the file to a Biba message thread or email.
