You can select to send unique, individual PINs to each person for each of your meetings.
5 minutes before the meeting begins, each invitee who is not logged into a Biba device will receive an email with dial in details, including a single use PIN that can only be used for that meeting.
The organizer will receive an email with the PINS for each call attendee. Be sure not to send your personal PIN info for the meeting!
To turn on personalized PINS, go to File > Settings > Meetings (on desktop) and check the box for Send meeting guests a personalized PIN for each scheduled meeting.
On Mobile, go to the settings tab and under meetings, select Send meeting guests a personalized PIN for each scheduled meeting.
Because the personalized PINs are individually associated with a meeting attendee, Biba can show the email address of the dialed in user (if they're not registered), or their user name if they are registered.
Attendees dialed in on regular PINs will just show the phone number they're dialing in from.
