How do I add a caller after the call has begun?

You can add a caller to an ongoing call - either instant or scheduled - with just a couple taps or clicks.

 

On Desktop

After the call has begun, click the More button from the call controls.

Select Invite Others.  This will bring up a picklist of your contacts.

Select the contact you'd like to add.

Click Add.

The added caller(s) will be rung on their desktop and / or device, and they can choose to answer, decline, message all or run late.

You can also add attendees by clicking the Invite Others button at the bottom of the roster.

 

 

On Mobile

After the call has begun, tap the ellipses (three dots) or More menu at the top right, which will bring up additional call controls

Select Add Attendees, which will bring up a picklist of your contacts.

Select the contact(s) you'd like to add.

Tap Add.

The added caller will be rung on their desktop and / or device, and they can choose to answer, decline, message all or run late.
