What emails should I expect for scheduled meetings?

There are a few emails that we send when meetings are created - especially to meeting organizers which can also increase if meetings get moved often.

We want you to be confident that Biba has your back, especially if you organize a lot of meetings and manage multiple calendars.

This is the list of emails that are sent:

  • Confirmation email to the organizer that Biba received the meeting invite - sent after meeting is created or moved, 7 days before the meeting starts.
  • For recurring meetings, we only send a confirmation for the initial event in the series.
  • Dial-in and passcode email sent to the organizer 5 minutes before the meeting starts if you have selected the "Send meeting guests a personalized PIN for each scheduled meeting".
  • Dial-in and passcode email sent to each attendee who is not logged into the application 5 minutes before the meeting starts if you have selected the "Send meeting guests a personalized PIN for each scheduled meeting".
