Colleagues are inviting me to meetings, but I'm not getting notified

Two items come to mind.

  1. Make sure you are logged into at least one Biba client before the meeting starts. Biba starts calls about a minute before the scheduled start time.
  2. It could be that you have more than one email alias, and a different one is getting invited to the meeting. 

If you have more than one email address, you can add them to your Biba account.

Windows:

Go to File > Settings and select the Account tab

Here you can add or remove email addresses, and change which address is the primary email for the account. Biba emails will be sent to the primary address and this address will be what we show under your name in the app.

Mac:

Go to Biba > Preferences and select the Account tab

Here you can add or remove email addresses, and change which address is the primary email for the account.  Biba emails will be sent to the primary address and this address will be what we show under your name in the app.

Mobile (iOS or Android):

Go to the Settings tab, and under Account, tap "+ Add email address".  Enter the email address you'd like to add.

Once listed, tap the email address to either remove or make the Primary.

If the email address you're adding does not have a Biba account associated:

The address will immediately be added to your account, and a notification will be sent to the added address letting you know that the address has been added to a Biba account, and lists the primary email address of the account. 

If the email address you're adding already has a Biba account associated:

You will be alerted that the email address you're attempting to add already has a Biba account associated with it, and that an email has been sent (to the secondary address) with instructions on how to merge the accounts*.

*IMPORTANT:  The content of the secondary merged account will no longer be available, and merged accounts cannot be unmerged.
