How do I mute and unmute myself?

From Desktop:

Click the Mute button from the call controls or just click the microphone next to your name on the roster.

From Mobile:

Tap Mute from the call controls or tap the microphone next to your name and select mute.

Tap or click again to unmute yourself.

 

If you're dialed in on the phone, press *7 to both mute and unmute yourself.
