If you have the app running, Biba will automatically reconnect you if are dropped (and will keep trying until you have rejoined). While you are disconnected, the other attendees will see your status on the Roster indicating that you currently don’t have a signal. If you are having ongoing problems with your connection, you can also switch to the dial-in number for the call.
If you are not using the Biba app and using dial-in numbers you will need to redial to rejoin a call. We make it easy for you to dial-in from your smartphone by providing a link in the dial-in emails that includes your passcode with the phone number.
