I requested a password reset and did not receive an email with a password reset link

Please check your Spam or Junk Mail folders in case the dial-in and passcodes emails are being routed there.  If you see the messages in your spam folder, be sure to mark them as "Not Spam" using whatever option your email provider gives you.

Unsubscribing from Biba emails will also prevent you from receiving your dial-in and passcode emails.  If you think you unsubscribed by accident, please contact Customer Support at support@biba.com and we’ll be happy to re subscribe you to emails from Biba.
